Sensory evaluation

Within our Beverage Network we have two experienced sensory panels with well trained testers at the locations of Uelzen and Ratzeburg.

A sensory panel is a group of trained experts who evaluate the appearance, the odor and the taste of a food.

With the aid of this standardized measuring tool according to the DIN Regulations, we frequently test raw materials and products from the running production. We also conduct broad comparison evaluations or acceptance tests for newly developed recipes. This ensures more safety for your products .
